| Description | Wenatchee Moorpark apricots are more suitable for western climates because they are later blooming. Orange flesh and a rich, luscious, sweet flavor. This large, firm apricot is a favorite for eating fresh and is great for canning, preserves and drying. Fruit ripens in early summer. Although this tree is self-pollinating, planting two varieties is recommended for a better crop. Hardy to -20° Maximum elevation: 6,500 ft |
