Nelly Moser Clematis

Nelly Moser produces an amazing display of showy, 6-8" flowers, pink petals with a dark pink center stripe, reddish brown stamens, and purplish brown anthers. Blooms heavily in the late spring on previous year's growth, with a second flush later in the summer on current season growth. Attractive seed heads appear after flowers are gone. Prune out dead wood in the spring. Every few years, prune to healthy buds 3-4 feet tall to rejuvenate.
