Numerous feathery, copper-colored plumes rise above the foliage by mid autumn and provide beautiful winter interest. Not for short season climates as it will get its flower spikes nipped by September frosts. Cut back in early spring before new growth appears. Hardy to -30°F Maximum Elevation: 8,000 ft. |
