The large, roundish fruit, often found in gift baskets, is golden with a trace of red; with sweet, juicy, creamy white flesh and an outstanding flavor. This winter pear ripens best at room temperature after being picked early and kept in cold storage for 2-6 weeks. Pollinate with Bartlett or another pear tree.
