Product Description

Outstanding perennial produces intense, blue flowers in late summer and fall. The glossy foliage is attractive all summer. Fall foliage color is red contrasting with the blue flowers. Plumbago is extremely adaptable, growing well in either sun or shade and thriving in a variety of soil types.
