A large pyramidal evergreen tree with pendulous branches that are stiff when young growing more graceful with maturity. The needles a nice green color and are soft and not prickly. This tree will tolerate a wide range of soil conditions and is very cold hardy. Norway spruce are best to be planted in areas that are regularly watered.
