Madame Galen Trumpet Vine

Large,3-5", red-orange, trumpet-shaped flowers bloom from mid to late summer backed by deep green, glossy foliage. Flowers are followed by long, bean-like seed pods that split open when ripe releasing numerous 2-winged seeds for dispersal by the wind. This vine is fast-growing, woody and clinging, attaching itself to structures by aerial rootlets.
